Vertical Transportation.

D2E gave us a paper. We worked closely with our client, our messaging strategist and copywriter to craft an easy to digest and informative sequence of slides to perfectly encapsulate that paper. Paul, the presenter, wrote his own script and has presented this deck multiple times to great acclaim.

It’s our fifth project with D2E. There’s a reason they return! We make this process easy and give them slides which are great to present.

How Presented transformed a research paper

The challenge:
d2e are a regular client for Presented. Each year they present their report findings and have neither the time to make the findings concise, nor the PowerPoint skills to make them look good.

What we changed:
Paul chose our Design + Science + Messaging service, and our first step was to agree the structure and copy for the new presentation. Starting from a text heavy word document, full of engineering terminology, our copywriter got stuck in finding out more about Paul’s objective and the audience’s expectations from the conference.

Once the copy was agreed. Our design team got to work with a simple look and feel, yet something which was quite impressive in the eyes of the “vertical transportation” industry!

Why it works:
With some nice animation sequences, the main message of this presentation was brought home of the need to provide better battery back up systems for lifts.

The result:
Paul has never been busier after a presentation and knows this one was incredibly effective. It brought a good deal of additional work their way and even help pave the way for a company merger! Huge result!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 star review on Google)

Paul Burns: “We had a paper with a strong safety related message to present at a industry symposium. Time was short and the message needed to clear and to the point. Presented created an extremely creative presentation that maintained an unambiguous message throughout. The experience of working with Presented’s copywriter and creative team was a joy. They were attentive to our needs, gave valuable guidance and suggestions and delivered ahead of time.”
