This is how we love to work. We’ll support the messaging of your slides, adhering to scientific principles of presentation design to make sure slides are easily understood and remembered. Following a discovery call, a copywriter will write powerful headlines/reduce slide copy, and a designer will storyboard key information. 

This option doesn’t involve any support with messaging/communication – but we’ll transform your existing slides and content to look amazing.

Your slides will be created to a Professional level standard, with less complexity than our Premium level. Design includes standard, entry-level animation.

Your slides will be created to a Premium level standard, with more complexity than our Professional level and more time spent on creating original and innovative layouts. Design includes a premium level of animation – slicker, smooth slide transitions, and more dynamic movement.

We will create 2 design concepts, based on your branding or design brief.

As well as creating layouts so you can create your own slides, we can pre-design a library of slides that uses content that is unlikely to change, for example an “About Us” slide, or “Our Clients” slide.

We can source on-brand, editable vector icons that keep their quality when they are enlarged. If you require bespoke icons, let’s chat.

We can add a one-page user instruction to your template to ensure your team know how to use it correctly.

We can add user instructions on most (or all) of the slides in your template, as required, to ensure your team knows how to use each layout correctly.

Your template will be provided to you without any user instructions. If it’s a simple template it should be self-explanatory!

We will work with a copywriter to finesse your story and structure so that your key messages are clearly coming across to your audience.

We will not include a script.

Our designers will arrange the order of scenes in your video and create a sketch for each scene so that you can see how the video will flow. This process is important as it is much easier to make tweaks at this early stage.

A voiceover helps your audience follow the story you are telling. If you send us the recording files, we will add it to your video and optimise the animation timings.
If you don’t have voiceover recording and you need it, we can outsource this to a specialist company and manage the process on your behalf.

To make your video more accessible, we can add subtitles. Rather than using an app to do this, we will do this in PowerPoint so that it can be easily edited.
